Aren’t any financial transactions over $10k automatically flagged for review as well?

IMO they should.
Banks are about the only industry that can frick up and it still be my fault.

You deposit a fraudulent check intentionally to withdraw the funds and it’s their fault not yours?

Yes they will. You wouldn’t, though.

Those dumb mother frickers.. Like the bank wasn't going to make a correction.

These people will close their accounts and maybe Chase will send them to collections, but the majority of it will never be paid back.
And then they'll complain that they can't get mortgages or car loans.
ETA ... how did they get bank accounts without ID that could also be used to vote?

These people when identified will lose the ability to:
Open a bank account
Obtain any Gov funds Electronically (which from what I hear now is the go to)
Have no credit/Bad Credit in perpetuity
Will not be able to take out ANY type of loan
And um
if somehow one were to actually apply for a job, they would not pass the background check with a financial felony on it
In a way, they have currently forfeited their life under their current SSN.

Trying to perform a fraud when they already have your name and information is just fricking stupid.
I had a dumbass steal my estimated tax payment check and then proceed to do a mobile deposit into her own account. Most criminals aren't bright.
These frickers are so screwed.

On the positive side, they have checking accounts...or did.
One of my wife's friends was married to a guy who worked at a bank. Payroll had his check screwed up and he was getting about $2k/mo more than he was supposed to get. He didn't say a word and he and the wife lived high on the hog with the extra money....until the bank did their annual audit. Dude was genuinely pissed that they fired him and got a lien against him for the overpay.

You know they spent that money. Good luck getting it back, even with the law against them.
This
They got the money. They dont care about consequences which will probably be minimal depending on the DA/locale.

Good luck to Chase getting that money back with liens and court orders haha
I’m guessing they don’t know what the “JP” in JP Morgan chase stands for

I doubt the majority of them were ever concerned with taking out loans or credit scores.

It reminds me of when Louisiana fricked up and had wide open EBT cards for about 24 hours. Word got out, and all of the Wal-Marks throughout the state had folks lining up as many shopping baskets as they could with lobsters, Lays, and orange sodas.
That's bullshite.
It was Takis and strawberry soda.

They just have to run until January 20th, then all will be forgiven
