Changes that you are noticing in society that seem to be flying under the radar

Or not being discussed much.
The covid model of the disposable menu seems to be embraced by more restaurants, even fine dining establishments. My guess is that type of menu also makes it easier for the restaurants to change the menu / increase prices for items by printing out new copies onsite. Digital menu boards seem to be accomplishing the same thing for ‘fast casual’ places.
Stuff like that. All comments welcome.

Chinese strip mall restaurants are boarded in.

Really weird. Like they all get directions from the same place back home. The Chinese place we like finally took the boards down and lets the whites back inside.

People don’t even pretend to care anymore. There’s less and less temporary embarrassment and hope in general

The tipping culture is getting out of hand. Soon cashiers at Lowe’s will be asking for a tip since they saved you the trouble of using self checkout.

They definitely get the light up menu from the same place. You can visit 500 chinese restaurants from here to Ny and they will all have this exact menu board.

Nobody delivers anymore except the pizza chains. You have to use an app that makes everything cost more.

I saw what appeared to be a young (20 or so) female possibly strolling for a "date" on George O Neal and Oneal lane. ( no photos) She was dressed like a character in Pretty Woman.
Either that or her Mom needs to beat her butt. I will say this, she walked down to the corner and was gone in a flash.
I guess she was not "flying under the radar", but it's a definite change for this area.
