This won't hold up. He has a constitutional right to assemble. This stuff is all bullshite.

YEAH, frick HIS CIVIL RIGHTS. THE CONSTITUTION DOESNT MEAN shite WHEN WE GOT THE COVID TO SCARE US.

It will be interesting. I'm not sure Employment Division v Smith is analogous like boozie thinks but we will see

someone posted the exact statutes that make this a "crime" so it probably will hold up. But I'm sure this will be adjudicated without anything more than a token fine.
