Nothing is risk free. It's not the end of the world.

People would have you believe raw milk is the equivalent of living in India or something. It's not. It's a good product. If you don't want to risk it, don't.

It’s crazy how many ppl want to drink unpasteurized milk. I was at a Hammond Art/Farmers market where a raw milk stall was peddling their milk. The line was through the entire market all day. I asked someone if they were going to boil it when they got home and they said no which is just freaking nuts.

Yea 100 people get sick from drinking raw milk per year but 100 people per year die from eating raw oysters.

I’d say it’s more nuts to wait in line all day to buy raw milk just to take it home and boil it. And I’m not even a raw milk proponent. That just seems like a colossal waste of time.

Most cases (98%) were identified in California.

But we don't. I'd make fun of you for thinking like an anxious woman with no understanding of statistics, but Mingo would bookmark it.

See the earlier poster with stats on oyster driven sickness. And OP has a shitty title, it's not "raw milk," it's "Raw milk from a single dairy caused X cases." Also written like it's fodder for the crowd of the View.

This sentence irks me because one of these is not like the other. Cryptosporidium is not a bacterium.

one of these is also measured in dozens, so the math is probably closer than you think

Yet they didn't say what the political leanings of California milk drinkers are.
You just assume it's conservatives.

I know people that buy raw milk to pasteurize it themselves at home. The problem many people have with most commercial milk is that its pasteurized at high temp quickly to save time/money, but that also often kills the taste/flavor. Lower temp for a longer time for pasteurization does a better job of preserving the quality of the milk, its just not as economical for business.

Someone forgot to wash their hands after jacking off. Happens from time to time.
