That, but you also missed the most important part.
METOO was designed to go after a specific group of men that represented a specific political affiliation. When it was discovered that, once again, the VAST MAJORITY of those doing these things were part of the blue cult, the entire movement had to be squashed.
Similar to "Stop Asian Hate". Ooooops.
And "all police must wear body cams". Oooops
