This doesn't make any sense. The bike was moving towards the car, was it not?
Want to know how I know you didn't watch the video?

No. It wasn't. It was going around the car. But you already knew that.
Again, it was moving in the same direction as the car. The distance between the motorcycle and the car was decreasing, was it not?

Ask any insurance company.
The bike made an illegal incursion as well, so if we cancel out that aspect, then its just a simple rear-end collision, and the biker is at fault.
dammit you ruined the other thread stay out of this one.
Seriously though I was responding to a poster and what I said was in context to his reply not the incident in the OP.

Was the distance between the white car and the motorcycle increasing or decreasing? Please answer that.

frick, I'm such an idiot that I get Topwatertrout and fishfighter mixed up all the time. So I made the donation in the name of the old guy who taught people to build pirouges, rather than this douche. Well that ruined my day.
Log out time. bye.

The most shocking thing in the video is that the old guy who did this didn't take an arse whipping.

Are you honestly saying you cannot see in the video that the car swerved over and hit the motorcycle?

you can't call Germans after the thread makes it as long as the original thread.

Is it? Are you incapable of using your eyes to discern whether or not the motorcyclist was getting closer or further away from the white car? Its really simple. Not just at impact, but everything up to that point.
I'll answer for you: the motorcyclist was moving CLOSER to the car, thus he was moving TOWARDS the car.
How can you be moving closer to something, but not moving towards something?

Settle down there Darth, you will give yourself a seizure.
It's just some internet conversation and has no bearing on what will happen in court,or anywhere else.
Don't take it so personally.

Yeah, the old guy used violence and it really should have been returned. I ride with dudes that would have tore his arse up.

You're wrong.
You're wrong.

This is tough one.
I hate people that drive slow and block traffic.
On the other hand, I hate motorcyclist who think that it should be my responsibility for their decision to drive a high-risk vehicle in a reckless manner.

And you wonder why no one really feels sorry for these bikers. Even if the old guy was in the wrong (he was) no one is going to feel too bad when the immediate reaction is vigilante justice.
Earlier in this thread you had some dude post that the old guy shouldn't take it upon himself to enforce traffic laws, then in the same post say that he should have gotten his arse beat.
So... it's uncool for him to go vigilante, but it's totally acceptable for the bikers?

when the bikers react and kill the old guy or beat him up and send him to the hospital what should happen to them?
your friends sound like real winners...how exactly does that make them better than the driver of the white car?
