Car doesn't take too kindly to motorcycle passing on double yellow line

Dude in the car was clearly stung by a bee and swerved, I have done that before. If asshat on motorcycle had not tried to pass on a double yellow he would not have been in an accident. Nothing to see here.

I chuckled when the dude tried to say he didn't exceed speed limit. Sure does look like they were well above 65 to me.
No excuse though. Both parties should be ticketed.
