They had a video on here a while back of a truck being an a-hole and ended up wrecking out in the median...would be awesome if I went back and found you laughed at it...which was the common response in the thread.

Um the friend said, "you swerved and hit him" and he said, "i know"
his immediate response was, "i don't care"
he absolutely intentionally hit the man.. he just seems like the kind that is offended and probably let that frustration out enough to cause something that could be terrible.
even if it's not legal to make that pass it does not give the other guy the right to intentionally possibly cause a death.
that's just terrible.. he could have just slowed down and let the guy pass.. that's his risk. you don't just hit the guy because you don't like it. it's so obvious on the footage too.
the guy is trying to blame being stung by wasp, but if that was the case he would have immediately said that.. he would have said something about it right then and there and that he was sorry.. all he did was act bitter and say, "i don't care"

A pothole. as in, you're saying he had to jerk his wheel and swerve into the oncoming lane so he could see around..... a pothole.

Don't bother worrying about him. In his punkish little mind he's being funny and showing how much of a internet hardass he is. Really all he's doing is proving he's got the mentality of a impudent 14 yr old smartass.

Here you go, y'all can contribute to his gofundme page, since there's such an outpour of sympathy for the innocent little motorcyclist.

A few hundred feet is nothing when we are talking about moving vehicles.
If you ride a bike, drive a car,or ride a fricking skateboard, you need to be ready for what happens in front of you, because it could be anything.
I don't believe the old man would do that on purpose, I do believe the biker was outrunning his control of the bike.

No you said you can't wait to laugh at a motorcyclist who gets in a wreck when a car changes lanes while the motorcyclist is lane splitting.
That is a HUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGEEEEEEE
Difference between that and laughing at a guy who was driving like an arse, flipping off a lady and then wrecked and was not at all injured. In fact I remember that thread and my response was "she was at fault for not getting out of the left lane"
Go find it and see.
I clearly said I have NEVER laughed at an accident in real life, you said you HOPED for an accident to happen so you could laugh at it.
think about it.

The old man's reflexes dodging the pothole likely saved the lives of the bikers. Could have been much worse had they not been forewarned it was there and hit it as those blistering speeds.

Did you even bother watching the video? When the guy with the camera told him he hit the other motorcycle his first words were "I know" quickly followed with "I don't care".

I would hope that you (and all of us here) wouldn't be stupid enough to swerve into someone opening yourself up to the consequences, legal and financial.

I think the guy´s a massive dickwad but where do you get that he tried to kill them?
It does not give you the right to purposely hit someone and possibly kill them.
You never know what could be going on, they could be in an emergency situation.. You just don't know.. that's why you don't intentionally take out road rage on someone. You never know.
The man knows he's in trouble. If he was stung by a wasp then and there he would have immediately said he was and he would have had some compassion. The guy was an uptight a-hole.
It's sickening that people get so offended by others actions that the feel the need to respond this way.

No, I didn't watch the video. I saw a photo of a bike hitting a car from behind. If you hit something in front of you, that is traveling in the same direction as you are,you fricked up.

You don't know what you're arguing for or against if you didn't watch the video.
