This is not always the case. What if you are travelling on a two lane road, the lane coming at you is full of traffic, but ahead of you is clear sailing. The speed limit is 65 as it is in many rural areas. I pull out in front of you doing 10mph. You hit me. Are you saying you are at fault? NO.

I made an illegal incursion into your lane causing the accident.

I see them here in Alabama all the time. I was riding into Guntersville Friday night on my bike doing the speed limit (65 MPH) when one came by me on one wheel doing I'd guess probably something close to 100 MPH. Dude was being a complete dumbass and as a biker myself, I can't sand those guys since they give the rest of us a bad name, not to mention putting other's lives at risk because of their stupidity. But having said all that, you still don't try to kill them.

If you hit another vehicle from behind,there is no argument about anything. That is one accident you absolutely should be able to avoid,if you are giving proper amount of distance for your speed.

At least the cars are both traveling in the same direction, that should give the biker even more time to react,but he still hit the car in the rear.

Now if the white car in the photo is in reverse,coming down the road backwards,then it is the driver of the car's fault.

Once again... Go watch the freaking video you mouth breathing ignorant fool. The bike did not hit the damn car. The car hits the bike. The bike is passing and as the bike's front wheel gets even with the car's rear wheel, the car serves into the other lane and hits the bike.

The video shows it clearly and you've been told more than once that the car hit the bike. Yet you're still here arguing about a bike hitting a car. What is wrong with you?

and I stand by that. frick those douchebags. They have all these ads trying to make the roads safer for motorcyclists and then they pull that shite. If you are going to ride a motorcycle abide by the laws that cars do. If not you suffer the consequences. And when I say that I hope they get hit by a car it is not by a car that intentionally pulls in front of them...a car that doesn't see the a-hole on the bike.

I saw a guy driving down 10 one night around college drive doing about 80 or more doing the superman...car behind him was filming. I would have laughed had he wrecked out. frick that a-hole for putting other people in danger to make a video and put it on facebook trying show he is a bad arse.

Really? I can't even comment on this. It's really difficult to have a discussion with someone who makes things up. Where in this thread did anyone say they thought "it was cool" to take out a bike.
