A kid can go crazy in any family, I acknowledge that, but if I had to bet I’d put money on family issues being part of the problem here.

Can you provide a little background story on her? Human trafficking and s trafficking is very real and very prolific. The tats she displays are very common for women who have been brought into that "trade" by questionable means. There are dark corners of depravity in this this world that most people never even consider as being a remote possibility. Everything about her appearance points to forced coercion and abuse.
eta: Judging by the tats, she's Russian. Human trafficking in the sex trade is notoriously brutal over there. It' a very real possibility that she was never a willing participant. (Might want to think about this next time you're browsing PornHub.)
