They were at tiger bar all the time. I didn’t smoke but would get the free packs for friends.

No. Cigarette girls in clubs are different from these girls that do the promotional stuff. Cigarette girls are just like bartenders who work at the establishment.

Not sure if it's true but I used to hear that they sold the info to health insurance companies so they can jack up your rates. Might be bullshite.

I am far from smart, but if I was using the information you provided us, I would say it was either promos or they were collecting people's information, possibly both.
That information is pretty valuable to companies trying to target customers.
