Bunch of emotional bickering without a single detail of the plan, just some sensational “journalism.”

There is no other issue that so clearly demonstrates the complete hypocrisy of the greenies and PETA types than illegal immigration.

There is a finite amount of green space in the United States. That is an irrefutable fact. The more illegals coming into this country require more housing to be built. More hospitals, schools, gas stations, etc. These all require electricity, gas, water and sewage. That all means green and forested areas have to be cleared for these illegals. Do you see any of the greenies caterwauling about the raping of Mother Gaia? Of course not. The truth is, every one of these white liberals would take a chainsaw to the last tree or a flamethrower to the last bush on the continent if it meant the Democratic Party acquired or maintained power.

Of course, these are the same morons who cheer when thousands of acres are covered with highly toxic solar panels because, you know, "clean energy".

So, spare me your hollow outrage about a wall that won't be built anywhere close to that canyon. You don't care. The only thing you're outraged about is the pipeline of Democrat voters is getting closed off.

, this is completely man-made and preventable,
Yes it

First you sic ICE on the bastards hiring illegals, then you give them one second chance, and if they do it again we deports these low lifes to whomever will take them....

....or they die trying to swim to some Polynesian island.

End of problem... They come because some a'hole is paying them. Just end the financial reason whether they bleed red or blue.

I assume they will put the fence on the outer border of the park...next to mexico. The article makes it seem like it will plow through the middle.

Big Bend is a desert and is inhospitable for 6 plus months year

So for the other six months it is hospitable to border crossers? Yeah, build the wall.

I'm pretty sure out of the tens of billions of dollars we've now appropriated for BC and ICE ($19 billion a year in "supplemental" funding over the four years of Trump 2.0, plus whatever else they'll manage to tack on in other bills they've been working on) we can afford to post a few guys in the park to catch would-be crossers.

Where are they putting the wall specifically? Don't show some cliffs and highlight areas that won't actually be impacted. That's like crying about ANWR and showing huge Alaskan mountains instead of the mosquito ridden coastal hellhole where the drilling would occur.

It doesn't matter. It's OUR land, not Donald Trump's.

If he tries to build a wall it's our right to destroy it.

It's just as much OUR land and OUR wall as yours. What gives you the right to destroy MY wall? More of us want the wall than those of you who don't Apparently you don't believe in democracy?

look up the return of the black bear to big bend natl park. the bear disappeared for years then they naturally migrated back from mexico to set up a healthy population in the chisos mountains, the center of the park.

It's our land? Good, I support a wall in certain places.
