OPs thread history is nothing but liberal things that trigger him.

It's a theme.

A rule prohibiting natural hair that is specific to black people is racist.

I know white people with all of these forms of hair.

It should be rather fun to watch when some jackass uses this law to challenge workplace safety regulations.

Because it's going to happen.

If they are discriminated for their hair, I would call it bullshite.

I still wouldn't call dreads, braids, etc natural though.

Me either. So I can only really see afro as the only one, but at what length is professional vs not could be debated

It's not, the article is shite. The Crown Act covers all races. I would assume it has exemptions that would cover those that handle food or work in the medical field.

What's considered presentable is subjective. I don't see fro's, dreads and braids as unpresentable.

I would consider dreads a natural hair style. Braids are more of a protective hair style, especially during summer months.

Glad they cleared this up.

Either way, I mean companies have certain policies.

Just like cornrows, white people can have "locs" so I don't see why this is an issue.

It's not natural if you have to make it that way.

It's 2019. Expecting black people to follow the rules is racist.

Well if its subjective, shouldn't the business get to decide what their definition of "presentable" is?

I'm going to guess your answer is no.
