So they shouldnt be able to punish White or any other race of employees for having long hair or dreadlocks, etc...
I would think making this law only for black people is against the law.

It’s going to be hilarious when they’re all forced to wear netting and the like to deal with that.
I also imagine it’ll get a legal challenge from industries who require shorter hair for safety purposes.

A rule prohibiting natural hair that is specific to black people is racist.
I don't get the dreadlocks part because that isn't natural, but the rest is fine.
