Does the CHP have separate alerts for each of the other races that make up the remaining 93% of California’s population?
On top of Ebony alerts do blacks also get amber alerts, silver alerts, or any other alerts about abducted or missing kids along with certain adults that go out to the public regardless of race?

What a joke. As is the Amber alert system. 99/100 times it's called on some dude who doesn't return their kid on time to the mother. There isn't an epidemic of kids' being stolen. There's an epidemic of womyn getting everything they want and being beholden to zero laws of man or nature. Most of the time the kid's life not only isn't in danger, but is probably significantly better when dad's having fun with them. Which of course can't be had with today's womyn.
