Y'know, if white people are as racist as we're told we are, mebbe callin' it an "Ebony Alert" ain't sech a good thing, on account we're liable to not give a damn if it ain't a white person missin'.
But there ya go. California with all the virtue signaling and nothing of substance actually offered. I'm beginning to think that everything out there is based upon a script that wouldn't even have made it as a "Made for TV" movie in the '70s.

Indians I kind of get because reservations tend to be outside the normal government framework, but OP is hilarious and sad.

What do they call when a white girl goes missing a Blondie Alert.

Karen Alert?

That would just help me know which to ignore. I don't support devisiveness

Maybe now they can find all those missing fathers.

Is there also a burrito alert for messicans?
This would be far more helpful because if you live in so cal and not Hispanic you are in the minority.

Yes, they play the FSU chant over the airwaves for an hour straight when this happens.

No Red Dot alert?

They're actually called Shequita Alerts.
But seriously, how can we ever continue to make progress with racial stuff and treating people the same when certain people are always trying differentiate everything based on race (white liberals probably created it). We are all people. I guess as long as the alert goes out just as an Amber alert goes out, then the job is getting done, but why is there a need to call it something different due to the race of the person?

Bruh, what if you find the kid or vehicle in the alert?

Been a few movies made about this issue. US authorities have no say in any of it. It’s all tribal police

Separate, but equal.

So what happens when amber gets found more than ebony?
Posted on 2/17/24 at 9:40 am to CarolinaGamecock99
Better call the Amber Lamps
Posted on 2/17/24 at 9:42 am to CarolinaGamecock99
So, I take it there’s no “ivory alert” since we clearly no longer aspire to Ebony and Ivory living in perfect harmony.

I don't understand how this works? Only black people get these alerts? If so, how do they know which numbers belong to a african americans?
Or do they send them to everyone and let them know that it may be more important or less important than a, say, hispanic child missing? That seems quite racist.
And fwiw, I've turned off amber alerts on my phone after they "alerted" me at 3am, 330am, and 6am in the same night. For a kid 150 miles away. Sorry, I like and embrace the idea of amber alerts but as with anything, when its abused, it loses its effectiveness.
