Banking system drowning, hopelessly divided politically and this guy wants to lock up the courts arguing about what constitutes a “wing”.
Willing to go out on a limb and state you are likely a fan of the "broken window" theory when it comes to people why give corporate America a pass?
At the heart of it the banking issue and chicken wing issue boil down to the exact same cause, corporate greed which is also driving the pollicization of our country.

we're allowing large corporations to piss on our back and tell us its raining - most in this thread are just happy to be wet.

Stupid money grab by disingenuous parties. EVERYONE knows is not a deboned wing. It's not an nugget though either. It's chicken tender meat cut into bites. Nuggets are ground processed meat with a nasty sponginess texture.

What constitutes toilet paper? Is there an objective determinant between papers that allows it to be considered “toilet paper”?
How about a car? Is an SUV a car? What objective elements define a car and if a vehicle is advertised as a car but does not retroactively meet those definitions is a corporation then subject to a lawsuit?
Unless you want the government to have to define in legal and measurable terms every object in the world you are creating a legal morass that no company can reasonably meet for a problem that hasn’t harmed a single person.
You’re wasting the courts time being pedantic.

BWW is the only chain restaurant that consistently has shitty service no matter the state or location. It’s pretty remarkable.
But those cheese curds are off the hook.

First of all, who goes to BWW for the food anyway?
Because Thursdays are BOGO baw.
I gotta get those garlic parmesan and asian zing boneless wings.
Their buffalo chicken wrap is also pretty good.

I agree with the suit. Words have meaning. They aren’t wings.
BWW's response was there was also no ham in their hamburgers and no buffalo meat in their buffalo wings.
This is a dumb arse lawsuit.

But it isn't a drumstick.

Are their "real" wings from wild chickens and does it matter?

I've always thought calling them boneless wings was dumb. Hell, should have called them buffalo nuggets or something. Regardless, what dumb shite doesn't understand what a boneless wing is?
Wait until this guys tries cauliflower buffalo wings.

I'm suing them because the wings are chicken and not buffalo as advertised.

The bigger scam is they sell pieces of wings as wings.
Name another product that they advertise but only sell as a piece? Big chicken is screwing hardworking Americans.
