BRPD Punching man at Race Trac on Airline with video

A BRPD spokesperson says throughout their investigation, the man became hostile towards police, and that’s when a struggle ensued. The cell phone video shows the man in custody attempt to swing his fist at officers multiple times and resist arrest.
A man who witnessed the incident told WAFB’s Lester Duhe’, “The guy was bothering people that were coming in and out of the store. The officer simply was trying to arrest him, then he swung at the officer, that’s when he tased him. He somehow got the taser off of him and charged at the officer, from there, the tussle began.”
The individual seen in the video was arrested. The charges the individual faces is battery of a police officer and entry on or remaining in a place after being forbidden.

the race trac on airline in p'ville has gotten real ghetto lately. Not long ago a guy pulled up next to me and asked if he could buy my piss for a drug test.

The only problem i have with this, is that if the races were reversed, the exact same scenario would be called "racism" and "police brutality" and every race pimp in America would be calling for riots.

I feel like we need to re-evaluate handcuffs. They work well for someone who is cooperating but for someone resisting, it seems very difficult to put on, even if out numbered 3-1.
