I remember that thread BK.

I was shocked how casually people were talking about drinking and driving.

A car is a dangerous weapon.

I’m gonna need one of the OT physicists to show the math on that one

Needs to be MUCH more of a stigma and should never be legal to drink at all and then drive.. too many other options now, as mentioned, with Uber and other rideshare services .. Feel free to have fun, get plastered , embarrass the shite out of urself, who care- but never ever mix alcohol with vehicles

Blm and the defund the police movement have it where as long as you don't hit anything, you can drive completely plastered now in most big cities.

It's like a video game on the streets now starting at midnight

I have a feeling it was a misquote and we are talking about 100 feet and it will turn out to be not 100 feet but something close like 70 feet (which is just over 20 yards, think of a football field, that I can imagine a cart being throw).

But not an entire football field, no way.

The police numbers are at all time lows in plenty of cities. They're not out stopping drunk drivers unless you hit someone.

This shouldn't be some revelation here

It’s all time low because of Uber and Lyft. Nobody has excuses to drink and drive anymore

Maybe years ago but lyft/uber are pretty garbage here now in BR. Half the people pick you up in pos cars and half of them are stoned. I think its awesome that im paying money for someone to come pick me up after they smoke and smell like shite.

Dui arrests could also be at a low because the cops arent out there
