Let's do the math:

CNN spent ~$300 million on CNN+.
Projected 15-18 million users.
Wanted to charge $5.99/month or $59.99/year subscriptions.

What they got was less than 10,000 users after discounting the price to $2.99/month.

This is a failure Brian.

Seems dumb to have a streaming service. What content was going to be on there? The only thing that seems like it might remotely succeed is if they put some documentaries on there like the old Vice stuff or maybe like Dateline/60 minutes stuff style stuff without a slant... Real journalism but we know that won't happen. Any kind of other content they are going to cover is 24 hours woke shite "news talk" already on.

I don't think people like Stelter understand economics.

And Brian, how much of that subscription money is CNN refunding? Please let Mike Wallace know that Popeye's is hiring.

People don't want to pay for news
I don't care from who does it
Most want to tune into Fox, OAN or MSNBC and basically
learn how they were a victim today

I watch video game nerds on youtube with more subscribers than the $100 million CNN+

They should be thoroughly embarrassed at that failure

10K subscribers when the target mark was at least ten times that, if not more, makes it a huge loser. And the content isn’t there to bring new people in.

I think it was 150K subscribers but only 10K/day watched it.

Brian Stelter (CNN) says it's too early to know if his gaining 100 lbs on his weight loss plan was a success or a failure.

Brian Stelter (CNN) says it's too early to know if his attempt to look his age instead of a fat piece of shite in his 50's was a success or failure.

Anything that comes out of that idiots mouth is always deflection. How the hell he has a job baffles me, but then again it’s CNN.
