He might be emotional, but he's anything but useless. He's one of my best installers.

I ran into a similar situation a week ago. I had to let someone know he is a great value to my business and I appreciate him & what he's done for my company. I understand the current climate and the BLM movement, but at the end of the day its my company and I set company policy.

I provide jobs and pay well above the average salary and as a result I'm able to retain a strong and loyal staff. I make decisions everyday to ensure this business succeeds and remains profitable which benefits ALL of us. I choose to run this company free of political views, the staff is expected to do the same on company time and in company vehicles.

We are already there.

Also, all of their money goes straight to the Democrat Party first. The Filth know nobody wants to willingly give money straight to a barely functioning retard (Biden), so they are using this instead.

I mean, what part of the economy will be hurt by that the most? You know, since the black cash flow is what keeps the country going and all.........

Not sure if people remember but CFA was boycotted for standing up for their beliefs and in one month, stores made like 6 months worth of money

I don't think it's going to have the same affect this time.

Anyone feel like celebrities have kinda died off with everything else taking center stage? I wonder if they’re going crazy.

After they compile a list of who to boycott. I’m gonna take that list and use the businesses on it.

companies need to just ignore them. all they are after really is just to feel like they are accomplishing something. maybe you lose 10% of business for a month or two. then everyone forgets and back to normal.

Yeah I really miss when your political stance remained a private matter. Social media sucks.

I hate this bs with bullies demanding that people speak out or they will be attacked. I refuse to be bullied by ignorant people.I refuse to kneel for anyone but God himself.

I keep my mouth shut about all this bs and do as i damn well please. I imagine there are many more out there who feel the same.
