How about you just dont interfere in an ongoing arrest scene and don't resist arrest when you're clearly disobeying lawful orders?

He was an idiot. Plain and simple. Most of America isn't shedding tears for someone being this stupid.

At what point do you brainwashed idiots realize that maybe mistakes are bijg made by ICE and their undertrained officers? The whole, FAFO argument is getting old.

When governors and mayors are taking the position to not follow federal law and telling citizens to resist law enforcement - and we’re also finding billions of tax dollars being allegedly stolen - I think we are.

"Moderates"

Let me guess, you are a "moderate" in this situation?

Lol. I think you have the straw man, but you’re too dumb and deficient to realize it. It is a reasonable expectation that any person in a state that allows it be carrying a firearm. Not having your ID does not give the authorities open season to kill you for it.

Red, white, or blue voter.

Anyone that brings a gun to a protest and leaves their ID at home, is looking to do bad. End of story.

Yes. I have no issue with it being a bad shoot and the officer facing concequences if those are the facts.

It doesn’t change the fact that Pretti shouldn’t have been there that close. He shouldn’t have interjected. And he definitely shouldn’t have done it all armed. It doesn’t change the fact he was asking to get shot and shite happens under pressure, he created a high pressure situation. 0 fricks given by me to anyone that does that, including dumbass republicans that carry guns to a protest.

ETA: I also support ICE removing illegals.

I’ve yet to see an ICE incident involving illegals that has been unjustified? Have I missed one? Likely.

But 2 white American citizens in “protest” are the 2 biggest victims. I don’t support them protesting in this manner at all

What does his ID have to do with it? This wasn’t an ID situation, it was a scrum where a moron lost his cool and shot him in the back.

if every retard deserved to die, this board would not exist.

Amazing you can’t fathom he accidentally left his wallet. Nobody ever does that. He could be a lunatic fringe fool like 80% of the people IIT and carries his gun everywhere. It’s his right.

as the nurse was not just killed for having a gun, but from my understanding was, at least initially, resisting arrest.

The video really doesn't back this up.

But this is the hill the people who want to defend the LEO will die on. That's what I predict is going to happen.

When they concede this they shift the discussion to irrelevant, larger picture things like "the libs caused this entire situation in Minnesota"

Hey dipshit, scroll up, the Butt Pirate King is the one who brought up this guy breaking the law by not carrying his ID with his concealed carry weapon. As if it matters to the taking of his life.

You can get as fatigued as you want with the FAFO argument.

it will continue until you purple haired Marxist dipshits get it through your head that you can't interfere with LEOs performing their lawful duties.

If I had a dollar for every time I’ve seen a cop have a man against a car or wall, spread his feet apart and start patting them down and THEN ask “sir do you have any weapons or anything that might..” I could probably buy a Tudor Monochrome.

Sometimes the perp says yeah and explains what they have.

The officer never jumps back and blasts them. They always calmly grab it and put it aside. You might argue that’s a calmer situation. You’re right. But imo the cop 100% caused the chaos that then caused one of them to blast the guy when he got his feelings scared.

At trial, I think they will be able to show this man was never once a threat. And especially never once an imminent threat of deadly force bound to happen. I think it will show the opposite. He handled himself pretty damn well all things considered and the officers aggression and poor form killed him.

I still want one person defending the agents to give one legal reason the ICE agent had any legal standing to shove the woman to the ground in the first place?

In fact, the restraints and limitations on government are MOST important in times just like these.

El OH fricking El

Where were the “restraints on govt” when they sent billions of dollars to networks of NGOs to import 10s of millions of illegal immigrants and put them on federal programs to secure voting blocks?

Where were the “restraints on govt” that kept these groups from stealing God knows how much of taxpayer dollars?

Where are the “restraints on govt” that keep taxpayer dollars from funding the web of NGOs that pay for this?

So yeah…don’t care. If it’s going to pop off MN is as good as anywhere.
