That feels accurate.
But that has nothing to do with whether this is murder or not.
You can be 100% correct while this is still a criminal shoot.

The deceased is taken to the ground after this gif ends. The start of that is in the gif.
He’s not even really resisting. It’s slippery out there. They don’t really try to cuff him. Just take him down. Which is fine.
But then they cannot take his legal weapon and fill him with lead while he’s prone/on his hands and knees.
Does he even attempt to do anything with the gun? It’s just on him as he gets taken down and beat. Then they take it.

the shots are fired immediately after the ICE agent disarms the suspects gun and runs away with it.
All I can figure is the ICE agent that started shooting saw the ICE agent pull the gun out of the guys waistband and panicked and started firing because he didn't know that it was his own agent that had pulled it out.

they’re not even trying to get him flat or cuff him The only smart thing any of the officers do is disarm him, but they were still searching him for the gun AFTER he was dead in the street which means the guy who disarmed him clearly didn’t communicate that fact very well

Dude give me a break. If a guy has 7-8 federal officers on him and they can’t contain him he’s clearly resisting arrest.

When the Dems try and round up the Christians in a few years, I expect all of the concealed carriers to sit idly by and let it happen. I know the whole reason the 2A exists is to protect against a tyrannical government but if a LEO says it’s time to arrest Christians, then you just have to get out of their way and let them.

You are correct. I just re watched it and I see now where he raised his arms up, walked away, and then went down to his knees completely complying

Here’s a guy that’s never dealt with a situation remotely close to arresting or detaining someone.

Facts don't matter. The communist have explained away the gun as being a plant and accused the man of defending himself from six ICE agents who were beating him.
