Dude give me a break. If a guy has 7-8 federal officers on him and they can’t contain him he’s clearly resisting arrest.
The biggest resistance to an arrest in a situation like this is 8 officers behaving the way they were while trying to arrest the guy.
No human is going to have their ribs and vulnerable areas pummeled and be able to put their hands behind their back for you to arrest/cuff them.
There was never an attempt to arrest him before taking him to the ground and piling on.
I do not consider anything he did resisting arrest.

The agents from what I see never gave him a chance to really go peacefully. When you start getting the piss beaten out of you pretty much instantly you are going to naturally protect yourself

They try to take him down early and he’s grabbing on to the other girl. He was resisting from the very beginning.

Dude was a 37 year ICU nurse. I have seen enough gang fights in my life to see that they ganged up on 1 person and he was completely defenseless getting his arse beat by 7-8 people. Then executed.

LOL, you’re clearly disregarding the very beginning of the video when he has a few guys trying to arrest him and he is resisting arrest grabbing onto that other girl in the video.

I think I'm being rational. You pack heat and then go harrass LEO doing a job, what is supposed to happen? This could have ended without the loon being shot, but this ending is not hard to imagine.
