Is there a SINGLE voice in America that speaks honestly to black Americans about black social pathologies, the psychology of victimization, the obviousness of self- fulfilling prophecy and the dead end that is Racial Identity Politics? Because at this point it feels more like a segregationist movement where the social contract is being rejected and an alternate reality is being constructed. There is America and there is Pander to black America. It’s like science fiction.

It’s about class and culture more than race...although in many areas it does heavily correlate with race.

Not sure how true it is but the stereotype is certainly out there, particularly with Baptists.
It was taken to its extreme with jokes about why Baylor travels poorly, in that the fans bring a $20 and the Ten Commandments and don’t break either.
