I’m not saying forget it, however, those times have zero to do with today, or perceived inequalities.

Why yes, there is a voice that absolutely eviscerates the professional black victim mentality and all of the false narrative that certain segments of the black community wash, rinse and repeat to keep the less informed living in fear of white America, thus staying relative and in the limelight.

An Italian American can be proud to be Italian. An Irish American can be proud to be Irish. A Mexican American can be proud to be Mexican. But when it comes to the American black. For some reason its frowned upon to take pride in oneself.

Link?

This entire situation is very simple. Since the beginning of modern civilization, the only color that really matters is green (money)

Otherwise, you are going to have to convince me that all of these business owners care more about racism then the massive amounts of money they could make from all of those people. Do you think those business owners would take that big of a loss just to exclude black people? They serve black people every day.

The truth is it’s all about money and these businesses have learned that this particular weekend causes more headaches then the money they will make from it. Businesses getting trashed, People not tipping, etc. It could be a bunch of young white kids trashing their businesses and I’m sure they would react the same way. Do you think a business would just let people trash their place and lose money just because they are white?

You have a lot of crazy theories to prove

When I read stories like this, it reinforces my desire to move to Idaho, Montana, or Wyoming.

Or at the least to move to Vidor, Texas.

the opposite is more true. "Western black culture" has been created and developed over time, from slavery to the present

So you’re telling me and my family origins begins with slavery. I’ll pass on thant mindset. How can you correct me on how I see the world? That’s the whitest shite I’ve heard in awhile.

I mean, it's really no different from the "buy black" movements that seem to be popping up.
The problem with that now is that there is no real infrastructure to support a strong, independent sub-sect. There are alot of black businesses that are doing well and there are far more that fail. You have to adapt and survive. It is survival of the fittest

Not sure about your family's origins but where do you think your origins come from? You weren't born into slavery, so that doesn't fit, right? You've seen some injustices. How can you try to correct someone on something if you won't be corrected yourself. Can you change who you are, yes. Can you change what skin tone you have, no. Neither can anyone else. How exactly do you see the world?

I can't stand welfare abuse. Would piss me off when delivering pizza to a chick in the nice Sec 8 joint on Jefferson@Highland. You can't make over like 30k a year and get those units.

But the single mom's live-in boyfriend, who's not on the lease, is an operator at Exxon and they are swimming in $$.
Jimmies [rustled] not rustled

That's why those places should have an onsite inspector to curtail this type of shite

Exactly.

So yes racism exists. But In cases like this where large numbers of businesses and people are reacting a certain way then it’s capitalism not racism.
