I recall Atlanta shutting down the underground after black spring breakers set the damned thing on fire and looted it. They've also worn out their welcome at a lot of other beach towns due to shenanigans.

Bingo.
Every time you get a large group of people, you get stereotypes showing up for a reason.
It seems to go up to 11 whenever you have a black event like this, Essence festival, Bayou Classic, the NBA all star game in Vegas, etc. My guess is that the number of people who normally do this is significant but it goes into overdrive with people saying “This is my vacation, I’m gonna live it up!” and people imitating the worst members of the group because their tactics seem effective.
By the latter, I’m mainly referring to the complainers who want free or discounted food. If you do it for one whiner, then everyone else in their vicinity tries the same thing because they’ve seen it work.

The dude ordered a surf and turf in the middle of the goddamn desert and was bitching that they served him prebreaded, frozen fried shrimp, sent it back, and said he wasn't going to pay for it. I asked him what the frick he expected in a place like that and all he said was "Not that!"

What we know:
Large collection of blacks increases probability of theft and unruliness. Need more police presence.
Close your business to protect your assets. Restrooms would be left unusable at best after crowds surf the stores and buy nothing.
Blacks are poor tippers. It is necessary to implement the auto-gratuity.
Accept cash or debit cards only in this scenario. Make sure the debit cards are not stolen and the hunnerts are real. Other non-black tourists will avoid a huge gathering of blacks because......well.....nevermind.

Right. I recall PCB spring break has a TONS of cops cracking down on underage drinking and typical shenanigans.
I think that happens regardless of race when you mix alcohol with a large group of 18-25 yr olds.

I'd be interested to know the psychology behind it. I guess it goes back to they feel slighted and that they're owed something? IE owed service.
I don't know if other notice but it also seems other races besides AA tend to cross the street quickly (or the cross walk in front of stores like WalMart or the grocery store where you have that gap between the entrance and the parking lot) while AA take their sweet arse time.

I bring this up every time race and tipping is in a thread.
Delivering pizzas in Northern Ascension Parish from 2011-2015 I found that blacks tipped out there just as well as whites.
The most common factor in zero tips were trailer parks and common factor in shitty tips(<$2) was over-mortgaged.
But race was almost completely uncorrelated with tip amount out there. I ain't stupid and I know the trend/stereotype. So this was refreshing and cool to see. Not to mention $ in my pocket.
