That’s not Laplace. St.Andrews which is the neighborhood you’re talking about doesn’t look like that. Also there’s no vacant houses that need to be torn down in that neighborhood

Juvenile built a house on the Belle Terre Golf course walked through it while it was being built when I was a kid.
