Meh, I'll give him benefit of the doubt that he was just running his mouth to set up a mediocre joke about having to deal with traffic again.
I think Burr is funny, but he talks so much, he's susceptible of saying stupid shite to land a punchline when he's on podcasts or talk shows.

I think it’s hilarious how they are still hanging on to the false narrative that the masks did anything but make everyone look like a government cuck. Social distancing might have, but a bunch of people wearing t-shirts over their mouths amounted to a whole ball of absolutely nothing.
What really makes them angry is that everyone didn’t fall in line like they were told to. That’s what lets me know it’s about obedience, plain and simple.
