Aren’t cats supposed to kill mice? Isn’t it seen as a good thing? Rodents are considered vermin and spread disease.

I heard a black person say that Jews and Asians couldn't be victims because they were largely successful eventhough they have historically faced a lot in the past. Doesn't that kind of disprove modern systemic racism though? Jews and Asians tend go into higher education and entrepreneurship at higher rates than even whites. Doesn't thatptove that if you work hard and are somewhat intelligent, you can at least reach middle class status?

Whoopi says dumb stuff and this was just another dumb comment; however, aren’t they paying people like Whoopi to sit around and give their opinions? It’s her opinion, why are we suspending or terminating people for giving their opinion when that’s what they are getting paid for? The only thing dumber than her comment was them punishing her for doing her job.

I read something on this earlier. What she said was inaccurate, but I read something where she explained later that she was saying the holocaust wasn't about race, it was about being inhumane.
This is based on the little bit I read, but this seems to be blown out of proportion.
While I understand some people might be glad to see a black person get in trouble for saying something racist because often its people who say something about black people that are getting "canceled", I just think its dangerous when you are against something, but okay when it happens to certain people. In the long run it will just make things worse, but I don't think she meant anything hurtful by her comment.
Of course I could be wrong, but this story just doesn't seem worth all of this discussion.
