This is just my opinion based on what I've studied and read over the years. There is not clear-cut answer to these questions. Hitler's motives and desires for different things tied together. There were three main goals, in no particular order:

I don't really listen to podcasts, but I am getting towards the end of John Tolland's biography of Hitler. It really is a fascinating read, and contains a lot of information that you just don't see in other works. Tolland wrote it in the 1970's, so there were still a lot of people who knew Hitler that were still alive and that he interviewed. It really dives into Hitler's motivations and psyche. I've learned a lot from the book.
