It’s not the best part, but it is certainly top three. It’s actually a really nice airport. A major upgrade that was needed decades ago. Shocking.

It's actually a well run airport since they've changed management and built the new terminal.
I moved to Houston recently and miss flying out of MSY.

Best part is when I arrive back home at MSY knowing my checked bags will take about 30 minutes before the carousel starts moving
....vs them being ready for me on arrival at basically any other airport
