I have a reqtec

It is extremely consistent and well made

However, there isn’t much separation between the auger and the bottom rack so you need the bigger one. It can burn the bottom of your food if you aren’t careful. Also, the smoke flavor is a little lacking due to the design. But it does cook very well if you know how to use it.

It’d recommend getting a traditional offset and being a man but that’s just me.

I'm personally a big Weber fan. I have 5 different pits made by them but mostly use the Weber Performer Deluxe 22-Inch like this one

and i also have the rotisserie that works really well.

Recteq Bullseye is fairly small but very versatile. Can legit smoke down around 225 degrees and get up to 900 degrees for great searing capability.

Another vote for Recteq. I have the recteq, an s series coyote and a Weber genesis. The recteq is hands down my favorite.

Nothing beats a Weber 22" Kettle for versatility. You can slow cook or cook with extreme heat. Lots of accessories.

I have several of them, My favorite and everyday user has a Santa Maria attachment so I can raise and lower the grill deck. Highly recommended.

Treat yourself with

This is the Santa Maria I use with it.

If you want a pellet smoker, the recteq is the winner.

I’ve had charcoal webbers, gas grills, pellet and BGE. But 9 times out of 10, I’m cooking on my blackstone these days.

I have Traeger for BBQ. A Weber for burgers and steaks and a blackstone for breakfast, fajitas and quesadillas. If I only wanted one grill I would go for a ceramic kettle grill.

On my list! Thank you very much, that’s so awesome.

I’ve wanted a Santa Maria grill but this saves me money and space.

If I am grilling, i'm using the Santa Maria. It works great, I really like how it eliminates the heat problem with a kettle.

I have a 37" King Ranch Weber. I mainly use it for smoking, but it's great when you need to cook a lot of burgers, wings, chicken legs, and hot dogs at the same time.

Cannot be beaten as a grill.

Traegers are smokers, not grills.

Egg types can be used for both.

Had a pit boss and loved it. Could sear steaks. Bought a Traeger and hated it. Never could get chicken to cook right. Skin always was tough. Never had that problem on the pit boss. Bought a Kamado Joe and love it

Get yourself that PK and you will never replace it. You might buy another grill for some other reason, but you will not ever wear that one out. I’ve been grilling on one that is at least 45 years old. It is the best GRILL out there. Better smokers, better flat tops, better pellet grills, but for grilling, it can’t be beat.
