Which are the most beneficial and in what sequence should they be utilized?

Just take a warm shower and beat off.

I do a post workout protein shake and then drink a miller lite in the whirlpool. Helps take the edge off after going heavy.

Great question. I get in the hot tub when I'm still sweaty (do somethin bout it), then sit in the pool for a few minutes to cool off, then go 10-15 in the steam room. Sometimes even poor water on the regulator to get it extra steamy.
The sauna is something I seldom use. I think it's more beneficial than the steam room, but I don't really know how or why. In fact I don't really know what either of them do for you.

45 min to 2 hrs in the sauna is all you need. Start at 140 degrees and climb until you can't see.

Steam room then immediately cold shower

This thread reminds me of the great smoker vs. sous vid vs. BBQ threads of the F&DB.

Float tanks, ice baths, hyperbaric chambers, stem cell injections.

Nothing better than steam room in the winter when you're congested

is there any real difference between sauna and steam room?
I mean I understand they are different, but are the benefits different?
