Nostalgia and taking up for the home team is the only reason anyone who’s ever traveled this country would put Louisiana in the middle of the pack. I’d rather just tell the truth and deal in realities in regard to my state than sugar coat the hell out of it. That’s gotten us nowhere fast. Nobody’s fooled when coming from out of state into this state. Their eyes see better than our own do what’s up here in this state. Hell, we make sure they can’t miss it with the littler and shite all along the highways like confetti.

I don't recall, but we also hear of people leaving California, New York and other NE states for the South. It isn't a total shithole as the guy I was responding to suggested. I've found shitholes in every state I've visited, except for Utah.

We need reparations. Every state should be required to have at a minimum 10% minorities. To facilitate, the gov should pay for housing and moving expenses to these desegrated areas.

Over the brutal winters where you can’t do shite? I don’t see how you can even hunt when it’s 25 degrees below zero. That place is such a shitshow I think most people in the country would choose Mississippi simply for the climate.

I don't mind the cold but my wife hates it. She's already told me that she won't go further north than Tennessee or North Carolina if she still has to work and leave the house during the winter.
