The “Great Dealmaker” has a shutdown in his first year because he can’t seem to make up his mind. First he says he’ll sign any bipartisan deal Congress gives him. Congress gives him bipartisan deal.. he fricking REJECTS it. Probably because Stephen Miller was in the room when he got it.

Trump tweets about needing to extend CHIP longer than 30 days when the bill up for debate already has that measure extending it for 6 years, thus confusing lawmakers.

And the “Great Dealmaker” can’t close a deal with the Democrats at the 11th hour.
