Looking like the Gulf coast has dodged the first bullet of the hurricane season. Still early though.

agreed. However 24 hours is still plenty time for this to ramp up back to hurricane strength. We’ll see. It’s certainly been unimpressive the last couple days and for Texas’ sake I hope it remains so.

Beryl is within radar range so you can monitor Beryl's direction and strength on radar through landfall.

Thread has slowed to a screeching halt... The regulars have dug in and all the "worst storm ever", "death and destruction", "never seen anything like this, won't follow normal routes" people have gone back to their holes.
