IOW, move the poors into the nicer, more affluent neighborhoods so they can frick up the nice places that are left. EQUITABLE.

EBR voters better figure out a way to get rid of the mayor or you will have nothing left.

I can solve this problem. Individuals need to keep up their property.

The end.

Does not compute. You want nice, you have to pay for it. I'm not going to pay for it just to have some trash move next door either. My street has a certain standard and we all hold each other to that standard because we want an increase in property values.

Most neighborhoods in BR already have a boss. I call them gang leaders or aspiring rappers.

Wonder what the government incentives will be to move from StG to NBR? I can't think of one to get me to move.

Is she even 25 years old? WTF?

Here she was at LSU in 2016 getting an award for being a peaceful student. She's a peace corps type. This will go well in the hoods of Baton Rouge.

I read that whole article and I’m still struggling to understand what exactly this person will “do”. Can some explain it?
