In a perfect world, yes.
However: I was on that bus, nothing to drink that night, and still got charged with DWI.
No video either. Bus doesn't have one, and cops dash video was "lost".

Read my post earlier about MADD reps.
The breathalyzer machine "wouldn't register" but the judge decided the cops observations (my eyes were a little red at 2:30 am) were enough to make me 894.
The judge did knock litter detail off.
