Big chain stores have been telling their employees not to intervene (Ulta Beauty, Lowes, etc.) so the thieves are getting bolder. For them it’s probably better that way due to lawsuits, insurance, etc. For a small business, though, these thefts can be the difference between staying in business and going under. I hope more small businesses stand up and fight. Maybe the big chains will go under from allowing it and more smaller businesses can be allowed to thrive.

If you have your own shop and interact with the public on a regular basis, I think you have to have a gun today. However a gun is not required in every situation. So have some bear spray and/or a taser as well.

I’d like to see what went on before the camera started rolling? Must have been a good bit that we didn’t see to make the store owner react like that.

It’s not shoplifting until the person leaves the store with merchandise. That never happened from what I saw in the video.
I was wondering how she know the person was not going to pay.

Thought the last name looked familiar. I’ve known her husband forever.

Congrats to her.

If you ever see those pop-up clothing shops in the front yards of some homes in the hood, this video lays out how these shops get their merchandise.

Funny enough, these local boutiques actually catch a lot of white girls who are seemingly not poor. They give them a chance to come forward, and if they do not, they blast their photo all over Facebook. It's awesome

The last chick Bella Bella did this to was a trainwreck.

If people like this would start getting shot, you’d start hearing if less of these “entitled” criminals pulling shite like this.
—-You forgot two things:1) It’s 2021 2) it’s BR
The store owner would be arrested that afternoon.
