The words weren't bad, but they are hollow considering what he has said before, and his body language was weak and half arse.

I noticed he used very specific and narrow wording. He said something to the effect of "we believe the officers were shot by this individual". In other words, he didn't rule out others being involved and possibly shooting -- only that this is the guy that killed the officers.

Maybe someone has answered already but Belton is a suburb of KC. It's a pretty nice area actually. Got a close friend that lives there. It's basically the first place you get to coming into the KC metro about a half hour from downtown. It's gotta be at least 80% white or more. Just a quiet little commuter town.
