As a parent, I hate nothing more than when piece of shite bums all of a sudden act like their kids are the most important thing to them.

“I’ll do anything for my kids, except give up things that I want to do that hurt them.” You arent a good parent and you don’t love your kids. They are better off without you.

He should get on that then. No one will miss him.

My dad does this with me and my brothers all the time. He’s an alcoholic who left our family and decided to start a new life with the woman he had an affair with. But yet he has the nerve to say things like we’re super important to him and he’d do anything for us. It got to the point to where I had to axe him completely from my life. Not gonna watch him kill himself over booze. Tried for years to get him help but he doesn’t think he has a problem. I pray all the time that he comes to his senses one day and overcomes his demons, but at this point that’s all I can do.

What sucks about Bam's situation is that he seems to have a good amount of legitimately concerned people around who want to help him and see him turn shite around. He has no excuses left. The Ryan Dunn card was played out long ago. Even his parents, who had a big part in creating what he is now, seem over it and seem to have actual concern for his wellbeing. Other members of his circle, some in worse shape than him, have gotten and stayed clean. They are doing well for themselves now. Bam is the only reason he isn't doing the same. He has himself to blame.

Who would have thought Steve-O would have been the most mature when it was all done?

Only a matter of time before he turns up dead. Other from an OD, or someone he pissed off does him in. Self destructive is an understatement.
