Not a lawyer or constitutional scholar, but don't laws like this go against the idea of interstate commerce?

Regardless, I am again reminded of H.L. Mencken's observation:

Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want, and deserve to get it good and hard.

Welp, all you ever post is Lib threads on the OT. Except for an awesome patio thread you've now distanced from.

99.7% of us here still have bacon and have nothing to worry about. But thanks for the AP "news"

I see this as another measure they are taking to force us to eat soy "meat". Beyond, Impossible meat, etc was already all over Cali when I lived there well before the rest of the country.

California is a awesome state ruined by over regulations and the liberal agenda. As shitty as the state government is, I wouldn't move back to Louisiana. Politics are running all of America.

San deigo and imperial counties should be annexed by Arizona. We don't have the same mindset that dictate government in California

You might see it as "lib threads" but usually I am just posting news that 10 years ago would be pretty outlandish and/or satirical so if you see it as lib news what does that say about libs?

You don't think this will have any impact at all on pork prices nationwide? OK

Why?

That is dumb.

Just more examples of how fricking easy it is nowadays.

Is long pork healthier than the normal kind?

Excluding anything with greymatter mixed in, of course.

In curious what the "science" is behind this measure. Or is it we've seen too many cute pig videos on the tik tok that we decided they need more space

Hence why Scruffy has begun to view democracy/universal voting as more of an issue than a boon.

The average person is an idiot...and that is the average.

Essentially 50% are below average.

Orange County and South is really way different than LA County North to Sacremento County

that's awesome

Democracy is a race to the bottom. Good thing we nipped that in the bud on the presidential level.

Oregon is trying to pass something similar. IP13. They want to ban hunting and fishing. No livestock, everything is considered pets, they have to die a natural death before you can eat them.

Oh and, if you artificially inseminate your animal, it’s felony sexual assault.

It's crazy how they don't understand that hunting and fishing actually help wildlife.

Oh well, after a few people get raped by bears maybe they will change their minds.

So the men in Cali wont be able to bring home the bacon due to the voters wanting the pigs to live high on the hog?
