Its just like the housing market. You can thank low interest rates and our federal reserve. They know the only number that matters is does that payment fit into your budget. Its only $69k if you pay cash, if you finance it for 84 months at 1.99% its a teeny tiny number that they can drop off on ya

Make sure they fix the seat cooling/heating issues first. My KR seat's cooling loss 50% output in 6 months and they can't fix it.
Other than that awesome trucks, worth 50 I guess.

It's why you should buy used.
I bought my current 2013 Crew Cab Chevy Silverado LTZ for 28 Grand in 2014. It only had about 18,000 miles on it. I found it in the classifieds. It's a great truck.

Sometime over the past 5 years IMO. When I bought a truck in 2010 sticker price was around $30k, but I bought a used one with 6k miles for 23,500

Man, that sucks. It's one of my favorite features of my truck. It got smashed last week, so I'm in a rental for now and I miss the AC seats dearly.

They gave me 39k trade in for a 3.5 year old truck last year. I got a pamphlet in the mail showing the offer and didn't believe it, sure enough went to the dealer and that's what they gave me.

When knuckleheads started to finance them for 84 months.

I'm so glad I'm not a redneck and can spend my money on things like a Jaguar XJL Portfolio, C7 Corvette Z51, Porsche 911, etc - instead of a pick'em up truck.
You gotta love the baws in Lose-iana.

I agree. I don't care for the chrome mirrors and that chrome stripe across the tailgate looks like shite.

Not hideous but ranks 5th out of 5 manufacturers as far as looks

That's my biggest gripe. To me the chrome stripe just looks cheap. I haven't been inside one so I can't speak to the interior.

My parents just bought my nephew a 2016 F150 Supercrew Sport with 302A luxury package for $30,850. I don't know about the rest, but Ford has been having crazy incentives, rebates etc.

Bought a fully loaded 2015 F-150 XLT with <10K miles and got them to put in heated leather seats all for 35K at the end of last year. Sticker for the 2016 model was 52K.
It's only a poor purchase if you don't know how to haggle properly.
Sounds like you suck at haggling b/c my parents just bought my nephew a 2016 XLT Sport with heated seats and 302a luxury package for $3k less than your 2015

What year is your truck?
My 2011 KR doesn't have a problem.

Unless it can be used as a tax shelter/for a business, buying new is a terrible financial decision, regardless of income.
