Wait till you get old. You will need medication to go to sleep.

For me it really wasn't an age, but when my work schedule dictated that I have to get up very early. Been rolling out of bed at 4:00am for the last 16 years. So most nights I'm in Dreamland by 9:00-9:30 pm

36 and its unusual if I'm asleep before 2am. My wife is sleeping by 9 and I use the time on my hobbies. I know I shouldnt run on 5 hours of sleep forever but it's just the way I'm wired.

I've been an hour late to work for 10 years. Lol

For me it all depends on what time I have to wake up in the morning. Give me a week or two off work where I don't have to get up at sixty thirty in the morning everyday and I'll have no problem at all staying up all night.

During the pandemic. Started going to sleep at 9. It was glorious.

My problem is I always fall asleep after lunch. Even at work. This intense drowsiness takes over. Nothing I can do to stop it. Every single day. It’s insane. I think I might have an iron deficiency or something.

Never. My body clock has always been jacked up. I'd be lying if I didn't say that there isn't anything much more relaxing than being awake while pretty much everyone else is asleep.

I started having trouble once I had kids come into my life in my 30s. Dealing with them burns a ton of energy and cuts into your sleep one way or another.

I'm retired now, but even before I retired I rarely got to bed before midnight.

Now I have the pleasure of getting up to pee at least 2 times after midnight, so I probably get about 5 hours of sleep a night, wake up around 5:30 most mornings and get the day started.

fricking this... once I hit late 40's. Meds are needed. Jealous of those that can sleep 8hrs uninterrupted.
