I think it's also mandated policy to use condoms there. There are ways to do this so that everybody wins. But this will never pass. It is funny when these high and mighty people get caught, but it has to suck to get get set up by an undercover cop.
Is it just as illegal to pay for sex as it is to sell it? I wonder if they only do this when they are trying to bust someone specific. In other words, did they have an undercover prostitution out trying to bust anyone who was willing to pay for sex or is there a chance they were targeting him specifically?
