So police were notified 2 or 3 minutes before shots were fired about a guy with a rifle crawling up the slope of a roof and not one notified Secret Service?
Some authorities better get the FBI/DOJ up their asses over those witness comments.

My first thought when I saw the shot of the body on the roof is how did he get up there without SS noticing? Do they not deploy snipers at advantageous vantage points to watch for stuff like this?
Or have I just watched too many movies?
Or maybe the terrain wouldn't allow it (but you'd think they'd have some kind of apparatus--bucket lift type thing?--just for that?
