It was only a matter of time. It took California getting tired of paying out the arse before they revamped the way they pursue suspects. Arkansas will figure it out eventually.

Arkansas troopers, as well as other cops in the state, do that shite all the time. They'll even do it in a crowded intersection with rush hour traffic.
ETA: And when they kill someone it will be the Arkansas taxpayers on the hook for millions.
