Kinda hard to do that with stolen vehicles, which is the case many times. And what if the people they are pursuing haave warrants for murder or they just pulled an armed robbery in that stolen car and shot the owner? They'll never know who it was.

Pitting in traffic is scary. Fleeing vehicles purposefully go into oncoming traffic and run people off the road to make cops stop chasing them.
When the all the manufacturers put in the kill switches, we'll have a way to shut down fleeing vehicles. You should be welcoming that I guess.

ASP are clowns. You can’t pit at 100mph. It’s not about the suspect, it’s about others on the road. Pit restrictions have always been in place because of that.
