Are you a normal person who puts up your Christmas tree the day after Thanksgiving?

Is it bad if this is something I'm unwilling to compromise on with the SO?

Putting mine up right now while watching the game and enjoying a few cold ones.

May not be normal, but I enjoy the shite out of it every year.

Yes, people who put up a tree before Thanksgiving are generally poor trash that also camp out for Black Friday, and are proud about it.

This thread will attract lots of said trash and they will be angry too.

It’s one reason I miss the LSU - Arky Friday game.

I only had to help until the game started.

We actually put ours up right before we leave for Thanksgiving. We don’t ever do TG at our house so that way when we get home it’s done.

Day after Halloween every year in my house. The world yearns for a Savior who will ransom us, the captives to sin and evil. The sooner the better, as long as we are out of Eastertide.

My life has three seasons: Advent, Lent, and Easter. There really are no other holidays.

So you set up a bunch of pagan symbols really early

We're almost definitely decorating before Christmas. Having young kids gives me a good excuse to start extra early
